About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day’s tasks.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries.
- Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
- Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track.
- Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.
- Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
- Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a Construction Supervisor License (CSL) from the State.
- Construction Operations Experience: Experience in project management or operations, ideally in siding, renovation, or a construction-related field.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills: Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.
- Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and on-site management.
