Franchise Marketing Coach

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned franchise partners
- Provide guidance on local marketing initiatives, including digital advertising such as PPC and display, SEO, and brand-building efforts
- Partner closely with our in-house PPC, SEO, and social media specialists
- Help bring marketing plans to life by coordinating internal resources, tools, and support across teams
- Review campaign performance, prepare reports, and share practical, data-backed recommendations to improve results
- Encourage the exchange of effective ideas and successful strategies across the franchise network
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing on franchisee performance and satisfaction levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or another client-facing role
- Experience in franchising, home services, or multi-location businesses would be an asset
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, paid social, and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interpreting marketing data and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Able to manage multiple accounts, balance priorities, and meet deadlines with a proactive and solution-focused approach
