About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned franchise partners
  • Provide guidance on local marketing initiatives, including digital advertising such as PPC and display, SEO, and brand-building efforts
  • Partner closely with our in-house PPC, SEO, and social media specialists
  • Help bring marketing plans to life by coordinating internal resources, tools, and support across teams
  • Review campaign performance, prepare reports, and share practical, data-backed recommendations to improve results
  • Encourage the exchange of effective ideas and successful strategies across the franchise network
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Marketing on franchisee performance and satisfaction levels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or another client-facing role
  • Experience in franchising, home services, or multi-location businesses would be an asset
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, paid social, and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interpreting marketing data and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Able to manage multiple accounts, balance priorities, and meet deadlines with a proactive and solution-focused approach
