About the role

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to general contractors, property managers, developers, and other commercial contacts
  • Introduce Ideal Siding and help create early interest in our commercial services
  • Research and identify active projects, relevant contacts, and potential bid opportunities
  • Help keep commercial contact lists, outreach records, and project tracking organized in CRM and internal systems
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to maintain communication and support relationship development
  • Help coordinate meetings and introductions between commercial contacts and internal team members
  • Support the commercial team with outreach-related admin, lead tracking, and pipeline organization
  • Contribute ideas to improve outreach workflow, follow-up structure, and tracking accuracy

Requirements

  • Some experience in outbound calling, lead generation, customer outreach, inside sales, or appointment setting
  • Confidence making cold calls and sending outreach emails
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and reliable with follow-up and record-keeping
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing multiple contacts at once
  • Professional, persistent, and able to stay consistent in a role with repetitive outreach
  • Interested in learning more about commercial sales and business development
