About the role

  • Attend initial meetings with homeowners to understand project scope and build trust
  • Support the sales process by helping qualify opportunities, assess project needs, and move leads toward signed agreements
  • Follow up with prospective customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide a strong customer experience from first conversation through project completion
  • Work closely with the franchise owner to reduce their load on appointments and project follow-up
  • Oversee residential siding and exterior renovation projects from kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate installers and subcontractor crews to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Order and track materials to ensure job sites are properly supplied
  • Conduct site visits as needed to monitor quality, address issues, and support crews in the field
  • Communicate with homeowners throughout the project to provide updates, answer questions, and manage expectations
  • Handle change requests, scheduling issues, and day-to-day problem solving as projects progress
  • Track project progress, timelines, and job-related details using company systems and tools

Requirements

  • Experience in residential construction, renovation, project management, or a related field
  • Some sales experience, preferably in a consultative or homeowner-facing environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with customers
  • Comfortable attending client meetings, discussing project needs, and helping move work toward close
  • Proven ability to coordinate crews, manage moving parts, and keep projects organized
  • Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly when plans change
  • Comfortable working both in the field and in a client-facing role
  • Tech-comfortable and able to use CRM, scheduling, and project tracking tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work locally in the Durham / Chapel Hill market
