About the role
- Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track.
- Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.
- Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, take progress photos, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
- Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
- Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as the local representative for customer relations while the back office manages administration.
Requirements
- Experience in home renovation or construction project management is a plus — but we’ll train the right candidate.
- Must use your own vehicle and cover your own gas (mileage included in $30/hr rate).
- Must use your own cell phone (software/app costs covered by the company).
- Laptop helpful but not required.
- Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful but not required.
- Comfortable with flexible, variable hours (10–30 per week).
