About the role
- Develop a strong understanding of company services, programs, and installation standards to effectively support franchisees and their crews.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with installers and subcontractors to improve retention, consistency, and quality.
- Identify gaps in installation capability and provide hands-on coaching through jobsite training, follow-up visits, audits, and skill assessments.
- Conduct installation assessments before and after training initiatives to track compliance, skill progression, and quality improvement.
- Support joint action plans with leadership and partner with Technical Sales Managers to improve market execution, installation quality, and contractor performance.
- Collect contractor economics data and real-world feedback from crews regarding costs, challenges, and workflow barriers.
- Manage a priority-based weekly schedule focused on high-impact visits, follow-ups, and targeted territories.
Requirements
- Construction knowledge or hands-on experience in siding installation or general construction.
- Proven ability to succeed in a technical construction or field support role.
- Strong understanding of construction operations and relevant building codes.
- Experience with CRM and AI tools, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
