About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owning engagement for Mazlan free-trial customers within your assigned region.
- Managing a portfolio of trial accounts from activation through to conversion.
- Delivering structured onboarding sessions, demos, workflow walkthroughs, and regular check-ins.
- Understanding customer workflows and tailoring guidance to their specific needs.
- Proactively identifying and removing barriers to adoption, including confidence, time, or technical challenges.
- Translating Mazlan's capabilities into practical, industry-relevant use cases across EHS, Quality, Compliance, and other sectors.
- Sharing best practices and resources that help customers realise value quickly.
- Monitoring trial health and flagging at-risk accounts early.
- Working closely with Sales to support conversion conversations and customer handovers.
- Sharing customer feedback and insights with Product, Customer Success, and Commercial teams.
Requirements

- You learn new tools quickly and can explain them in a simple, accessible way.
- You are organised, proactive, and capable of managing your own priorities.
- You understand the link between customer success, adoption, and commercial outcomes.
- You are comfortable working in a regional role and building long-term relationships.
- Experience in customer success, onboarding, training, implementation, or enablement would be an advantage.
- Desirable: Experience in a Customer Success, onboarding, implementation, or training role.
- Knowledge of EHS, Quality, Compliance, Risk, or related industries.
- Experience with AI-powered tools or a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
