About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
- Create and execute strategic account plans that support customer objectives and business growth
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, including additional products, services, and solution adoption
- Manage the customer lifecycle from planning and engagement through to implementation, adoption, renewal, and ongoing success
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic account activity and customer engagement
- Deliver accurate forecasting, account reporting, and pipeline management
- Maintain account information and activity within Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and maximise value delivered
- Share customer feedback and market insights to support product and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in account management, customer management, or related commercial roles
- Experience managing large, strategic accounts and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of the Australian aviation sector and its stakeholder environment
- Experience working with software, technology, or SaaS-based solutions
- Strong commercial, planning, and forecasting skills
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across multiple teams
