About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
  • Create and execute strategic account plans that support customer objectives and business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in account management, customer management, or related commercial roles
  • Experience managing large, strategic accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Knowledge of the Australian aviation sector and its stakeholder environment
  • Experience working with software, technology, or SaaS-based solutions
  • Strong commercial, planning, and forecasting skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across multiple teams
