PPC Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver the paid media strategy to support lead generation, pipeline growth and wider business objectives.
- Plan, execute and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
- Manage campaign performance through bid optimisation, audience targeting, budget allocation and conversion rate improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and increased market visibility.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, sales and web teams to deliver integrated and effective marketing campaigns.
- Oversee paid media budgets, ensuring spend is effectively managed and delivers maximum return on investment.
- Drive continuous improvement through testing, innovation and the adoption of PPC best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns within a commercial environment.
- Proven track record of delivering lead generation and conversion growth through paid marketing activity.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
- Experience using analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, keyword research and bidding strategies.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimising spend to maximise ROI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
