About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage customer accounts and follow up on payments
Review overdue accounts and help resolve outstanding balances
Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders
Coordinate with teams to address billing or payment issues
Maintain accurate records in the ERP system
Support month-end activities and basic reporting
Assist with audits and suggest process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ Years of Accounting experience and appropriate accounting qualification.
Working knowledge of NetSuite, Sage, FloQast, or similar accounting systems preferred.
Solid understanding of AR processes, effective collection strategies and the end-to-end accounts payable cycle.
Ensures accuracy and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Proficiency in Office 365 and financial reporting tools, particularly in Excel.
Experience with global banking platforms is an advantage.
