Enterprise Business Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct research to identify potential prospective customers and business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, including calls, email, and networking
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation strategies
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Accurately record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop professional relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
