About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Month end accounting and processing (accruals, software capitalization, month end reports, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations)
Maintaining and updating fixed asset register, computing depreciation and processing journals
Treasury management
Monthly BAS
Debtor Management, consolidation
Year-end accounting management
Support for annual audits
Customer invoicing
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as required.
Ad-hoc finance queries and analysis.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferable with at least 4 years of Accounting experience and appropriate accounting qualification.
Ability to communicate effectively and attend to matters timeously.
Excellent working knowledge of accounting systems.
Experience with global banking platforms.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end financial processes.
Ability to perform commercial analysis to support decision-making based on customer requests.
Strong command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
Willing to work under a fixed-term contract for 4 months.
