About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a defined market or territory with full responsibility for new customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, and targeted account engagement
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer needs, challenges, and strategic goals
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate value and ROI
  • Create commercial proposals, manage negotiations, and close high-quality deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasting, and opportunity management in the CRM
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly new-business targets
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings
  • Share customer and market insights with sales, product, and marketing teams to support continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success winning new business in sales or BD roles.
  • Experience landing net‑new customers in a B2B setting.
  • Comfortable running the full sales cycle in a consultative or complex environment.
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Confident selling to senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Driven, resilient, and motivated by hitting targets.
  • Able to juggle multiple deals and keep momentum in longer sales cycles.
  • Bonus: Experience selling SaaS, competing in crowded markets, or understanding SaaS metrics like ARR and MRR.
