About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the planning, organisation and delivery of a range of marketing events, both virtual and in-person
Assisting with event logistics, including venues, suppliers, materials, registrations and attendee communications
Coordinating event-related administration, ensuring accurate records, schedules and documentation are maintained
Helping with the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as presentations, invitations and follow-up content
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to keep events running smoothly and on schedule
Supporting on-the-day event delivery, including set-up, attendee support and post-event activities
Gathering feedback and helping to evaluate event success to support continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a genuine interest in marketing, events and customer engagement, with a willingness to learn and develop
You are organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
You communicate clearly and professionally with a range of people, both verbally and in writing
You are comfortable working as part of a team, while also taking initiative when required
You have a positive, flexible approach and adapt well to changing priorities
You are confident using basic IT systems such as email, documents and spreadsheets
You are enthusiastic, dependable and motivated to build a career in marketing through an apprenticeship pathway.
