About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing mid‑market customer accounts
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, upselling, and contract expansion
  • Identify and execute opportunities for revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in Salesforce and HubSpot to support forecasting and reporting
  • Apply a consultative approach to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Act as a trusted point of contact to support customer retention and long-term success
  • Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Teams to maximise customer value
  • Manage deal negotiations and contract execution in line with commercial guidelines
  • Stay informed on product developments and relevant industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in an Account Manager or similar role, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing existing accounts with a focus on growth, retention, and customer success
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, including pipeline management and forecasting
  • Experience running structured sales processes and managing complex deal cycles
  • Familiarity with MEDDPIC or similar sales methodologies
  • Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Experience within compliance, governance, or health and safety technology is beneficial but not essential.
