About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing mid‑market customer accounts
- Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, upselling, and contract expansion
- Identify and execute opportunities for revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in Salesforce and HubSpot to support forecasting and reporting
- Apply a consultative approach to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly
- Act as a trusted point of contact to support customer retention and long-term success
- Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Teams to maximise customer value
- Manage deal negotiations and contract execution in line with commercial guidelines
- Stay informed on product developments and relevant industry trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an Account Manager or similar role, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Experience managing existing accounts with a focus on growth, retention, and customer success
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience running structured sales processes and managing complex deal cycles
- Familiarity with MEDDPIC or similar sales methodologies
- Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Experience within compliance, governance, or health and safety technology is beneficial but not essential.
