About the role

  • Owning end‑to‑end demand generation activity, with clear accountability for sales‑ready opportunities
  • Creating and executing campaigns that drive lead generation across multiple channels, including: Content and messaging, Website, Paid media (PPC, paid social), Email marketing and webinars
  • Producing compelling marketing assets that support pipeline creation and sales engagement
  • Defining go‑to‑market messaging and supporting sales enablement through targeted collateral
  • Working closely with BDR and Sales teams to identify target audiences, fuel pipeline, and open new revenue streams
  • Understanding customer personas, buyer challenges, and the competitive landscape to shape campaigns that convert
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, feeding back clear KPIs and insights
  • Continuously testing, optimising, and refining campaigns based on performance data

Requirements

  • You’re a commercially‑focused B2B SaaS marketer with experience generating pipeline and revenue impact
  • You’re self‑sufficient and hands‑on — comfortable creating, launching, and measuring campaigns end‑to‑end
  • You understand how marketing supports sales and enjoy working closely with revenue teams
  • You’re data‑driven, analytical, and confident making decisions based on performance metrics
  • You bring strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, confident style
  • You’re creative, curious, and proactive — always looking for new ways to improve conversion and engagement
  • You’re organised, detail‑oriented, and accountable for outcomes, not just activity
  • Experience marketing SaaS solutions in regulated or complex environments is a plus
