About the role

  • Lead inclusion strategy – Chair the Inclusion Steering Group and ensure ERGs have a voice.
  • Drive global wellbeing – Coordinate Mental Health Champions and promote visibility.
  • Coach and upskill – Equip managers and employees with inclusion and wellbeing knowledge.
  • Celebrate awareness – Organize events and communications to highlight inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Deliver wellbeing initiatives – That support mental, physical, social, and emotional health.
  • Secure recognition – Research and implement external endorsements.
  • Facilitate training – Lead sessions on bias, psychological safety, cultural awareness, and inclusive leadership.
  • Communicate impact – Share activities internally and externally to raise profile.
  • Use data for action – Analyze workforce data to identify gaps and inform policies.
  • Track progress – Create analytics to measure inclusion and wellbeing performance.
  • Provide support – Act as a trusted advisor for employees with wellbeing or inclusion concerns.
