About the role
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives to understand their business needs and present Ideagen’s solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
