About the role
- Oversee product delivery and ensure consistent flow of value to customers and the business
- Lead rolling roadmap planning, estimation, resource allocation, budgeting, and change management
- Facilitate project ceremonies, stand-ups, and updates to maintain visibility and coordination
- Manage cross-functional team activities and proactively address dependencies
- Monitor work-in-progress, remove blockers, and manage internal roadblocks
- Provide regular reporting on project health, including metrics, status updates, and issue tracking
- Track progress using burndown charts and other tools
- Communicate project status to senior stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement
- Support the VP of Product Planning and TPM in shaping team practices
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams in a global environment
- Familiarity with software product and SaaS delivery
- Project Management certification or equivalent experience
- Practical experience applying Lean and Agile methodologies
- Experience with onshore-offshore delivery models
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and other project/product management platforms
