Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Business Analysts, Application Developers, Project Managers, and Application Support specialists
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of the Global ERP (Microsoft D365) platform
Assess current technology capabilities across Finance, HR, and Legal
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and translate business objectives into actionable product requirements
Drive process improvement and automation to streamline financial operations
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for finance and procurement systems
Partner cross-functionally with leadership, project managers, and system implementers
Champion continuous improvement, leveraging emerging technologies and analytics

Requirements

8+ years of ERP experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Deep understanding of core finance processes
Demonstrated experience translating business architecture and process design into clear system requirements
Proven experience managing teams of 5-8 IT professionals
Strong grasp of SDLC, DevOps, and technology delivery methods for SaaS-based business applications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Certifications: PMI/PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications strongly preferred
Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving, optimization, and continuous improvement.
