About the role

  • Build and execute ABM and field marketing programs aligned to commercial and business goals.
  • Launch digital and multi-channel campaigns, including paid media, email, chat, events, and content.
  • Collaborate closely with digital, marketing operations, creative, and performance marketing teams to align campaign strategy, audience targeting, and execution across channels.
  • Use 6sense, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools to activate programs and measure performance.
  • Report on engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI; recommend optimizations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and evolving ABM techniques to enhance IDC’s marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
  • Experience executing integrated digital campaigns.
  • Hands on experience with 6sense required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms preferred.
  • Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and act on insights.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage campaigns independently.
