About the role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dell account across all IDC product lines.
- Deliver an exceptional, proactive customer experience to Dell every day.
- Develop, manage, and expand a robust pipeline of Dell initiatives.
- Deeply understand Dell’s strategic priorities, needs, and challenges.
- Prepare tailored proposals and lead high-impact presentations for Dell stakeholders.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across Dell’s global organization.
- Consistently meet or exceed account-specific sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all account activity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including enterprise technologies, software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation and AI
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
