About the role
- Drive sales of IDC's full portfolio across the Middle East (excluding Saudi Arabia) and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Sell event sponsorships within the security domain and cross-sell research, data, and custom solutions.
- Individually identify and prospect new business opportunities (50% activities) and nurture existing client relationships (50%).
- Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to meet company goals and profitability.
- Lead face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospects and clients to present the IDC portfolio.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and maintain accurate CRM pipeline.
- Prepare timely, accurate, and competitive pricing and customized proposals while maintaining profit margins.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant consultative and solution-selling experience, with a solid grasp of the ICT market.
- University degree in marketing or business studies.
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Ability to effectively interact with professionals at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
