About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of workstreams, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of program outcomes
  • Lead across various business functions to drive alignment, manage dependencies—ensuring execution of program from end-to-end, establishing best practices, standard processes, and performance metrics.
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, clear communication, and risk mitigation.
  • Proactively identify, track, and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and driving timely resolutions.
  • Develop and deliver end-to-end program reporting (project to executive-level) on program status, key milestones, and financial performance to keep leadership informed.

Requirements

  • 10 + years of experience in business, product, or technology-enabled transformation programs
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant technical/engineering degree preferred
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with a mix of business and technology stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, technology solutions, and solution architecture
  • Excellent communication skills—able to engage with senior leaders, technology owners, architects, and external vendors
  • Adept at managing ambiguity and bringing structure to complex challenges
  • Experience with vendor selection, RFPs, and technology implementation is a plus
  • A passion for operational excellence and a strategic mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Business fluency combined with technical literacy—you can bridge the gap between the "what" and the "how."
