About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, update and optimize dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio;
Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel and other supporting tools, transforming raw data into actionable insights;
Support extraction, cleaning, organization and validation of data from different sources;
Monitor and analyze business-relevant KPIs, identifying variations, trends and opportunities;
Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of the information used in deliverables;
Build recurring and ad-hoc analyses to support business, marketing, product and media decisions;
Support the creation and maintenance of ETL processes and data modeling;
Work with data from platforms such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4 and media platforms, supporting performance, behavior and conversion analyses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis or related areas;
Intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying, manipulating and analyzing data;
Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Looker Studio;
Familiarity with ETL processes, data cleaning and database modeling;
Ability to analyze KPIs and provide clear diagnostics on performance and data behavior;
Good communication skills to present analyses and interact with different teams;
Organized, collaborative, investigative profile and solution-oriented;
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency of deliverables;
Ability to work autonomously on medium-complexity tasks;
Knowledge of analytics tools for apps and websites such as AppsFlyer, Firebase and GA4 (plus);
Familiarity with digital media platforms and performance metrics (plus);
Experience with campaign analysis, funnel, conversion, acquisition, retention or user behavior analysis (plus).
