About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage digital projects with a focus on performance, ensuring quality deliveries on time and within the defined scope;
Coordinate the workflow between Creative, Media and Business Intelligence teams, fostering integration and alignment across areas;
Monitor the development of digital assets, ensuring adherence to the brief and required formats;
Use agile methods to optimize processes and increase team efficiency;
Track performance metrics and produce reports to identify opportunities for improvement;
Maintain constant communication with the internal team, aligning expectations and providing updates on project progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in project management, preferably with digital projects;
Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
Experience with Skills Workflow is a plus;
Familiarity with digital asset formats, such as banners, videos, and others;
Strong organizational skills, priority management and problem-solving abilities;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
