Key responsibilities & impact

Independently travel to commercial properties to capture data
Use 3D cameras, laser measurement tools, and specialized software for documentation
Gather data, take measurements, and ensure accuracy in data input
Communicate with property managers for access information
Reach out to Regional Manager, trainers, mentors, and peers when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in mapping, property appraisal, inspections, GIS, data collection, data entry, land surveying, or similar outdoor, detail-oriented fieldwork
Comfortable working on ladders (up to 30 feet)
Reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6-foot ladder and long-distance travel
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficient with technology (iPads, laptops, mobile apps, photography technology)
Ability to follow detailed instructions with accuracy and care
Organized, self-motivated, and focused while working alone
