About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Uphold project quality standards by reviewing completed projects for defects and quality of work
Communicate with field team members to assist in completing projects accurately and efficiently
Act as a liaison between the Quality Assurance Manager, Corporate Office, and Field Data Specialists
Review projects for accuracy and submit to the final review team
Meet project deadlines and production expectations
Respond in a timely manner to requests and questions from all parties
Participate in coaching, training, and onboarding of new hires
Complete and submit HR paperwork accurately and timely
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Superb written and spoken communication skills: face-to-face, email, text, video, etc.
Excellent attention to detail and desire to work with the details day in and out
Data analysis and reporting skills
Strong at providing feedback to other team members in an objective manner.
Strong spatial thinking—you can rotate a 3-dimensional box in your mind and always know which side is facing you
A plus if you have experience with commercial property mapping, floorplans, or blueprints.
Client Relationship Management (CRM) software experience, especially MS Dynamics is a plus.
At least one year of office-related work experience is a bonus and/or working from home experience.
