Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be able to travel out-of-state Monday through Friday (home most weekends & eventually a work from home opportunity as a quality assurance specialist)
Site survey, property inspection, and travel require working outdoors on commercial properties, in sometimes challenging weather, including occasionally dealing with animals, bugs, vacant spaces, or other elements found near or involved with shopping malls, warehouses, and commercial buildings.
Have a reliable vehicle to carry a 6-foot extension ladder and handle long-distance drives.
Work outdoors daily in all types of weather.
Comfortable using ladders to access roofs of commercial buildings (up to 25 feet).
Must be proficient with technology such as iPads, laptops, and phone applications.
Able to lift at least 50 pounds independently.
