Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
Minimum 5 to 8 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
