About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support directly or indirectly to agency partners
  • Respond to incoming calls and provides support via telephone, email, and other sources
  • Investigates customer questions and complaints, determines causes and resolves complaints
  • Maintains accurate record keeping and ensures integrity of data for the customer contact program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree from a two-year college required in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of related experience and/or training required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
