About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support directly or indirectly to agency partners
- Respond to incoming calls and provides support via telephone, email, and other sources
- Investigates customer questions and complaints, determines causes and resolves complaints
- Maintains accurate record keeping and ensures integrity of data for the customer contact program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree from a two-year college required in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of related experience and/or training required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
