About the role
- Collaborate and support a team of underwriters through various account management activities
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Collect account and insured information for analysis
- Perform tasks to support underwriting staff during pre-quote, bind, and post-bind stages
- Ensure electronic file maintenance and respond promptly to requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Commercial Lines coverages (CAP, Property, GL, Excess, and WC)
- Proficient in Microsoft products and ability to quickly master proprietary software
