About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review, analyze, and assess RFP documents to determine the best approach for proposal response.
Responsible for quarterbacking the RFP process from receipt to submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive proposals.
Engage with internal departments to ensure that proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the company’s goals.
Review and ensure that proposals fully comply with RFP instructions and client requirements.
Maintain a detailed record of all RFPs, including RFP Tracker for status tracking, timelines, and deadlines.
Establish and manage timelines for proposal development, review, and submission, ensuring on-time delivery.
Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients throughout the RFP process.
Assist with post-submission activities, such as clarifications, presentations, and follow-up questions.
Continuously assess and refine the RFP process and content library.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be at least 18 years of age
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus
1-3 years’ experience in Contracting preferred with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the Medical Industry
General knowledge of manufacturing, sales and distribution processes
