About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review, analyze, and assess RFP documents to determine the best approach for proposal response.
  • Responsible for quarterbacking the RFP process from receipt to submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive proposals.
  • Engage with internal departments to ensure that proposals are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Review and ensure that proposals fully comply with RFP instructions and client requirements.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all RFPs, including RFP Tracker for status tracking, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Establish and manage timelines for proposal development, review, and submission, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients throughout the RFP process.
  • Assist with post-submission activities, such as clarifications, presentations, and follow-up questions.
  • Continuously assess and refine the RFP process and content library.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Contracting preferred with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the Medical Industry
  • General knowledge of manufacturing, sales and distribution processes
