About the role
- The Associate Product Manager, Animal Health drives strategy, growth and market presence of ICU Medical’s animal and human health products, overseeing on-market portfolio management and supporting new product launches.
- This individual is able to translate veterinary and animal care product features into clear, value-driven messaging for veterinary professionals, distributors, and animal health stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of balancing tactical execution with long-term strategy.
Requirements
- Develop and execute clinically accurate, strategically aligned marketing programs for the Animal Health portfolio.
- Own market strategy for on-market products and lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches within the veterinary market.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Supply Chain, and distribution to drive revenue growth across the animal and human portfolios within the veterinary market.
- Execute product marketing initiatives across digital channels, customer-facing collateral, sales enablement tools, and sales training.
- Lead convention and trade show messaging, content development, and execution.
- Analyze veterinary market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to drive differentiated positioning and competitive response strategies.
- Conduct VOC and market research to inform actionable product strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Build and apply clinical expertise in the veterinary space while leading special projects as needed.
