About the role
- Implement ICU Medical IT solutions including planning, installation, and quality testing
- Maintain quality standards used by ICU Medical such as HITRUST or ISO.
- Work cooperatively with the client project teams with planning, implementing, and problem resolution
- Creation or maintenance of implementation and support documentation as defined by the Service Design Plan for each activity
- Participate in after-hours customer support, which includes an on-call rotation program, weekend maintenances, and other IT related activities.
- Other duties and responsibilities reasonably related to the job/position as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or a High School diploma and equivalent combination of college education and experience
- 3 years or more of IT server and system installation and configuration
- Experience with HITRUST or other quality system methodologies and practices
- Intermediate experience with server hardware architecture (virtual and/or physical servers, data center, or cloud hosted)
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux Server administration and troubleshooting
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft SQL Server (and other SQL database solutions) administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Domain / Active Directory concepts and theory
- Intermediate experience with TCP/IP Networking in both a wired and wireless environment and troubleshooting
- Experience with digital certificate concepts, creation and maintenance
