About the role

  • The Alternate Site Sales Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining ICU Medical’s Alternate Site business in a given territory.
  • The Alternate Site Sales Specialist is responsible for establishing and developing relationships with key decision makers that are critical to preserving the existing base of business while evolving future business opportunities for ICU Medical.
  • The position is focused on increasing territory level profitability and expanding the current customer base by selling ICU Medical products to end users and working with key distribution partners to extend relationships into new areas of the territory.
  • The Alternate Site Sales Specialist also provides post sales education and support on an ongoing basis to ensure ICU Medical customers are maintaining an overall positive experience.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Minimum 3 years of medical device or Business to Business sales experience.
  • Proven track record of making quota/growth in territory, development of new and existing customer relationships.
  • Position requires active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to perform the essential function of your role at customer locations.

  • Typically requires travel more than 50% of the time with overnight travel.
