About the role
- Proactive cold outreach to business customers (B2B) — by phone, email, or via digital channels
- Identification of relevant contacts and decision-making structures within companies
- Pre-qualification of prospective customers and scheduling of appointments
- Conducting in-person client meetings on-site to analyze needs directly and build trust in our expertise
- Building your own network and long-term customer relationships
- Contributing to sales campaigns in close coordination with Marketing
- Recording and managing your activities in the CRM system
Requirements
- Professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT or services sector
- Passion for prospecting, persuasive communication, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Independent and structured working style with high self-motivation
- Strong command of German (min. C1) and good English skills
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus but not required
