• As a Technical Outsourcing Manager, you create, maintain and expand business relationships
• You act as the link between the customer and the team in Bulgaria
• Support the team with technical expertise and broad experience
• Responsible for customer relationships and the primary point of contact for projects
• Identify and manage deviations in quality, delivery timelines and budget
• Ensure bidirectional communication and manage escalations
• Participate in on-site meetings with the customer
• Align requirements, project planning, tracking and reporting
• Provide technical consulting within your area of expertise
• Contribute to the development and alignment of the outsourcing product roadmap/vision with stakeholders
