About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide administrative support to internal teams
Assist with day-to-day communications with key clients
Support the translation workflow for projects covering 70+ languages
Monitor fast-paced communication channels, primarily with Russian-speaking clients
Interpret client requests and record tasks on the internal project tracker
Ensure smooth running of client accounts
Work independently in the early parts of a shift
Input content and check data accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Russian and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent attention to detail
Strong admin and data management skills
IT-literate - notably Google Suite
Driven, proactive mindset and a drive to support key areas of the business
