About the role

  • Perform project management activities to ensure successful implementation of ICRON products within agreed scope, cost and timeline targets
  • Track progress of tasks in the projects and controlling realizations
  • Manage project goals and ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns
  • Conduct weekly status meetings with customer and internal project teams
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently across different industries
  • Keep internal PM system up to date based on project progress, realizations and milestones
  • Prepare project status/progress reports monthly
  • Maintain and improve project management tools, methodologies, and procedures
  • Follow up on project invoicing and support contract management processes
  • Support change request management throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science from a reputable university (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Solid experience in Project Management, preferably within Food & Beverage, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning or Aviation-related projects
  • Product or software implementation project experience is highly valued
  • Familiarity with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, Jira, Microsoft TFS, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with corporate and enterprise-level clients
  • Ability to manage project complexity and client expectations in dynamic environments
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required
  • Nice to Have: Experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams (20+ members)
  • PMP or similar Project Management certification
