- Provide high-quality consulting services including strategic guidance and operational support

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years in public healthcare policy management or healthcare consulting
- Executive or Administrator experience in California Medicaid (Medi-Cal) program
- Advanced degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, business, economics, MBA, or similar preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in quantitative program evaluation is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
