About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead medical affairs delivery across the portfolio
- Set standards and develop the team
- Provide strategic medical leadership and guidance on project teams
- Offer expert medical and scientific consultation throughout project lifecycles
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in medical and safety monitoring activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Medical degree (MD or equivalent)
- Experience in cardiovascular outcomes trials or obesity/GLP-1 studies
- Proven track record of medical leadership and consultation within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Based in Argentina, Brazil, or Mexico
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
