About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, manage, and quality-check evidence synthesis and analytical tasks and projects for clients, including indirect treatment comparison, network meta-analysis, and survival/statistical analyses
Provide strategic and technical expertise to clients and internally across state-of-the-art evidence synthesis methods, including deterministic and Bayesian network meta-analyses
Support HTA submission preparation and develop study designs and analytic plans
Lead qualitative and/or quantitative analysis plans, literature reviews, statistical analyses, and client-ready reports
Develop deliverable document outlines and formats
Complete internal documentation and quality-check others' work
Analyze research problems and connect scientific tasks to overall research goals
Develop recommendations on scientific methods and approaches for clients
Maintain current subject-matter knowledge of developments, trends, and best practices
Manage workload against project scope, timelines, and quality requirements
Liaise with regulatory agencies, clients, and related institutions
Conceptualize and draft proposals based on client ideas or RFPs, and modify proposals in response to client requests
Lead business development opportunities and support BD efforts
Lead project teams, identify staff resources, present scope of work, and provide direction and feedback
Manage projects against internal timelines and budgets
Mentor and coach junior staff, with possible formal line management

Requirements

What you’ll need

PhD or MSc in Statistics
8+ years of experience in evidence synthesis
Significant experience within a consulting, academic, or pharmaceutical/devices industry environment
Proven management experience, particularly the ability to lead a team of junior analysts
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
High self-motivation
Leadership potential
Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
