About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate investigator payments and review the financial aspects of clinical trials
- Take responsibility for pricing and investigator payments deliverables
- Process investigator payments accurately and timely according to study protocols
- Maintain documentation and records related to investigator payments in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Discuss with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and address investigator inquiries
- Assert the development and implementation of processes to streamline investigator payment procedures
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis related to investigator payments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to investigator payments, such as the Sunshine Act and FMV
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
