About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee a team of eCOA project managers
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Manage employees’ life cycle, including appraising performance, setting goals, and guiding professional development
Manage staffing of eCOA projects effectively
Ensure eCOA projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and SOPs
Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for team members
Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings
Contribute to technology, automation, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, PRO, information technology, project management, or linguistics
Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCOA project management, clinical research, translation and localization, with managerial experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English is essential
Strong understanding of eCOA platforms and systems and translation technologies
Experience working with TMS and CAT tools
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
Demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence
Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in eCOA processes
Good problem-solving skills
Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
