About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee a team of eCOA project managers
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Manage employees’ life cycle, including appraising performance, setting goals, and guiding professional development
- Manage staffing of eCOA projects effectively
- Ensure eCOA projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and SOPs
- Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities for team members
- Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings
- Contribute to technology, automation, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, PRO, information technology, project management, or linguistics
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCOA project management, clinical research, translation and localization, with managerial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential
- Strong understanding of eCOA platforms and systems and translation technologies
- Experience working with TMS and CAT tools
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
- Demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in eCOA processes
- Good problem-solving skills
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
