About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and coordinate clinical supplies activities to support the successful execution of clinical trials
- Lead on clinical supplies and logistics tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Coordinate the procurement, distribution, and inventory management of clinical supplies for ongoing and upcoming clinical trials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess supply needs, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with study timelines and regulatory requirements
- Monitor supply levels, manage reorders, and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or delays
- Interact with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and timely delivery of clinical supplies while managing relationships effectively
- Provide support and training to team members on clinical supplies processes and compliance best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, life sciences, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in clinical supplies management or logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical supplies, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
