Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and coordinate clinical supplies activities to support the successful execution of clinical trials
Lead on clinical supplies and logistics tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Coordinate the procurement, distribution, and inventory management of clinical supplies for ongoing and upcoming clinical trials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess supply needs, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with study timelines and regulatory requirements
Monitor supply levels, manage reorders, and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or delays
Interact with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and timely delivery of clinical supplies while managing relationships effectively
Provide support and training to team members on clinical supplies processes and compliance best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, life sciences, or a related discipline
Extensive experience in clinical supplies management or logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical supplies, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
