About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support contract management activities by partnering with the Client Contract Team
  • Assist the Client Lead and Contract Analysts in the preparation, execution, and management of contractual agreements
  • Ensure all resolved mailbox inquiries are accurately documented in the ADI log
  • Monitor and manage team mailboxes
  • Participate in client-assigned projects
  • Support contract administration activities while ensuring adherence to established processes, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • One year experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, particularly within a clinical research environment and/or contract administration setting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 5% of the time.
