Global Logistics Associate

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinating the global shipping and distribution of materials, including tracking and managing logistics schedules to meet project timelines
- Communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations and resolve any issues related to shipments and deliveries
- Supporting the development and implementation of logistics strategies and procedures to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost management
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics transactions to support compliance and reporting requirements
- Assisting with the evaluation of logistics performance metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area, preferably in a global, multi-site environment, pharmaceutical, or CRO
- Great command of English
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
