Resource Planning Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take responsibility for site resourcing and workforce planning deliverables
- Collaborate closely with project managers to assess resource needs and requirements for clinical trials and other projects
- Develop comprehensive resource allocation plans to optimize personnel utilization and ensure successful execution of projects
- Monitor resource availability and utilization across projects, identifying potential constraints or risks, and implementing solutions to mitigate them
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on resource management processes and best practices
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of resource management systems and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in resource planning, workforce management, or project management, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
