About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities, supporting your team to deliver quality outcomes
  • Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and supplier management
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with company goals and ensure cost savings while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring compliance with contracts
  • Monitoring market trends and conducting supplier assessments to ensure competitive pricing and quality
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards throughout the procurement process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred, with extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Proven experience in managing procurement operations, including vendor negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage procurement teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing procurement budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving efficiency and compliance in procurement operations
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
